About the Role
We are looking for a brilliant Performance Marketing Manager to join our small consultancy team working with purpose-led lifestyle brands across fashion, interiors, wellness and design. This is a permanent role with room for growth β ideal for a performance marketer working in paid media who can think strategically, act decisively and communicate with clarity and empathy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok. Budgets vary from Β£5k - Β£50k a month.
- Build and refine full-funnel strategies grounded in data, customer insight and brand context.
- Analyse performance daily, identifying opportunities and issues early and acting on them.
- Report clearly and confidently, translating numbers into meaningful recommendations for clients.
- Shape testing plans, measurement frameworks and forecasting models to maximise ROI.
- Define and develop our internal tech stack, processes and integrations.
- Work closely with founders and small marketing teams, adapting to their pace, capacity and commercial realities.
- Collaborate with our email, content and strategy functions to create integrated campaigns.
- Keep a close eye on industry trends, algorithm shifts and new tools that can support growth.
