Three Of Us. Based in York. We’re looking for a brilliant Digital Marketing Producer to join our small consultancy team working with purpose-led lifestyle brands across fashion, interiors, wellness and design. This is a permanent, remote-first role with room to grow – ideal for someone seeking meaningful, stimulating work who thrives on variety, responsibility, and strong storytelling. You might be returning to work, balancing family life, or you might be early in your career and keen to develop and grow with more responsibility in a small business. Our ideal person has 2-3 years of direct relevant experience.
What you will do:
- You’ll support the day-to-day creative output for our clients – from email campaigns to Instagram storytelling, journal articles to seasonal launches.
- You’ll help us plan and deliver marketing that’s considered, effective and beautifully executed.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing, designing and sending email campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
- Creating and scheduling social media posts (mainly Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Creating, uploading and formatting journal articles and features (Shopify or similar platforms)
- Helping shape compelling storytelling calendars and campaign ideas
- Assisting with visual asset creation (graphics, reels, short video edits)
- Building and supporting paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
- Staying organised and dependable – a calm and capable pair of hands
What we’re looking for:
- A natural storyteller who can write in different brand voices with ease
- Organised, efficient and calm under pressure. Dynamic with excellent creative, commercial and communications skills.
- Confident using digital tools – from email platforms to CMS to Canva.
- A good eye – ideally with some design or video skills (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut etc.)
- A love of lifestyle brands, independent makers and purpose-led business
- Bonus if you have experience with paid social, creative strategy or campaign planning
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role is essential
The details:
- Maternity cover role - 12 months
- Remote and flexible working – minimum 4 days/week availability
- Based in the UK
- Salary £20k+ (£30k pro rata FTE) with a bonus scheme and benefits
