Are you interested in running your own pub business? The Three Lights in Fleetwood is available now on Marston's Partnership agreement. The Three Lights is located on the main road into Fleetwood, adjacent to a large, new-build housing estate. Nestled close to all local amenities and the shopping village nearby, the Three Lights enjoys a good reputation locally.
The pub is presented to a fantastic standard, has a great children's play area, car park, large indoor casual drinking/dining space and prominent position. The pub trades on average 15,000 per week. The pub can cater for 155 covers and is immaculately presented and presents an opportunity to grow both wet and dry sales.
We are looking for a passionate operator to come on board and use their creative flair to continue to drive sales and build on relationships with the local community. There is massive growth potential in this site by first of all offering consistent opening, service levels and menu availability. A consistent Sunday Roast offer is essential along with weekly food deals/rhythms which Marstons will supply.
The pub could benefit from entertainment at weekends to drive wet sales along with some focus on attracting teams for darts/pool/football etc. We are looking for a single operator or couple with experience of delivering a corporate menu but also with experience of driving wet sales through teams/entertainment and community involvement.
You will need to be meticulous about standards and good service along with being passionate about effective use of social media to grow the business.
What's in it for you?
- 22% share of weekly sales (excluding VAT) plus a guaranteed annual retained sum of 25K (released weekly)
- Low ingoing costs, deposits starting from 5,000 and 360 legal cost. (*deposits can vary dependant on business - ask us for more details*)
