We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant. Someone who can run service with confidence, support the team with warmth, and keep the details tight without losing what makes it feel human.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support the front of house team to deliver warm, genuine service.
- Take charge of service when the General Manager isn’t on the floor.
- Support with day‑to‑day operations including reservations, rotas, stock management, and cash handling.
- Help train and develop the team, building confidence and consistency.
- Maintain service standards and atmosphere - from lighting and pace to how guests are greeted.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to keep everything running smoothly.
Who you are:
- You’ve worked in a supervisory or management role within hospitality and know what a good service feels like.
- You’re calm under pressure, organised, and lead by example.
- You’re hands‑on, approachable, and know how to bring out the best in people.
