This is a senior role with responsibility for building long-term client relationships, developing a high-performing interim network and driving commercial growth within a specialist market. You’ll become a trusted advisor to organisations navigating change, growth, transformation and business-critical hiring challenges. Equally, you’ll build meaningful relationships with high-calibre interim professionals, understanding their strengths, motivations and career aspirations in depth.
This role combines strategic business development, recruitment delivery, market insight and leadership. You’ll have the autonomy to shape and develop the interim & contract division, supported by an experienced and collaborative leadership team.
- Leading and developing the interim & contract recruitment offering across Scotland.
- Building trusted relationships with finance leaders, HR teams and senior decision-makers.
- Winning and managing interim and contract recruitment assignments.
- Carrying out detailed market mapping and technical talent searches.
- Building and nurturing a strong network of interim and contract professionals.
- Managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to successful placement.
- Advising clients on market conditions, day rates, availability and hiring strategy.
- Ensuring compliance requirements and contractor processes are always met.
- Identifying market trends, competitor activity and commercial opportunities.
Proven experience within recruitment, ideally within interim, contract or temporary markets. Strong business development and relationship management skills. Tech savvy – able to navigate systems and recruitment technology efficiently. Comfortable operating within a flexible hybrid working model, including time at our South Queensferry HQ, client meetings across Scotland and remote working.
