Job responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Identifying purchasing needs through stock analysis and forecast planning
- Processing and verifying purchase orders, invoices, and charges
- Managing supplier performance and ensuring timely deliveries
- Producing accurate and insightful procurement reports, including KPI tracking and forecast vs. depletion analysis
- Acting as the liaison between purchasing and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues
- Maintaining clean and current procurement data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Providing category support as needed, including cover for colleagues during leave
