Legal Cashier (Homebased)

Opportunity for hybrid working – balance home life with office engagement Join a firm experiencing rapid growth and strong financial performance Work within a supportive team that values expertise and professional development The role of Legal Cashier will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following: Recording day-to-day financial transactions for clients and the firm Managing office and client payments efficiently Raising and processing cheques and deposit account transactions Reconciling client balances and deposit accounts thoroughly Maintaining high standards of information security and data protection As a Legal Cashier you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following: Proven experience in a busy cashiering or financial environment Knowledgeable about Solicitors Regulatory Authority, Anti Money Laundering Rules, and VAT Understanding of ledger posting processes and the importance of backing up documentation Professional demeanour with a commitment to high-quality service Flexible, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills Competent with IT applications, particularly MS Office and Excel
