Three Bridges Recruitment is working with an established and successful business within the construction sector to recruit an experienced Branch Manager based in Forfar.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and people-focused manager to take ownership of a busy branch, leading a team of approximately 10 to 25 employees and driving performance across sales, operations, customer service and Health & Safety.

You will have responsibility for the overall performance of the branch, ensuring the team delivers an excellent customer experience while achieving sales, margin and profitability targets.
