As a Recruitment Partner at Three Bridges Recruitment, you will be responsible for talent acquisition. That means finding and connecting with exemplary Accountancy & Finance candidates to find them the perfect job. We’ll give you all the tools and techniques you need to become the best in your field. You’ll be representing people in the way that you’d want to be represented, getting to know their needs and aspirations in depth and transforming their career prospects.
What will you be doing?
- Carrying out technical and detailed searches to identify talent
- Building relationships with candidates throughout central Scotland
- Creating and refining quality CVs
- Imparting your interview knowledge
- Ensuring compliance requirements are always met
- Generating leads and carrying out market research
- Producing engaging marketing collateral for our website, LinkedIn and email
- Monitoring industry trends & key competitor activities
What do you need?
- Experience of managing a recruitment process would be preferred
- An interest in Accountancy & Finance
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Self-motivated, with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to deal with and relate to people at all levels
- Open to working in an ever-changing environment
- Willing to travel to our South Queensferry HQ on a semi-regular basis
- Tech savvy – able to navigate systems efficiently
