Three Bridges Recruitment is recruiting for a Payroll Finance Assistant to join the finance team at a values-driven charity based in Midlothian. You’ll play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end payroll process for a diverse workforce and supporting the wider finance function. Job
As a Payroll Finance Assistant, you’ll be a key member of a small, friendly finance team. Your priority will be managing the payroll process accurately and efficiently, while supporting core finance operations.
You will:
- Manage end-to-end payroll for approx. 250 employees, covering a mix of permanent, zero-hour and supply staff
- Complete payroll calculations, HMRC submissions, pension updates and year-end tasks
- Process payroll deductions, produce payslips and run BACS payments
- Maintain and update SAGE Payroll and rota system data for starters, leavers, amendments, holidays and absences
