Job
The role of Finance Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Recording and maintaining financial transactions such as purchase invoices, petty cash receipts, and supplier payments
- Processing, scanning, and filing invoices
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Managing credit control of sales ledger
- Administering payroll - weekly and monthly, including all overtime
- Database entry for deer supplies
- Providing admin support to the Head of Finance for audit
- Payroll for 90 staff members
You
As a Finance Assistant, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Experience working with SAGE Line 50 Accounts
- Experience in Sage Line 50 Payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel & Word
- Previous experience in a similar finance role
