Three Bridges Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected organisation to recruit a Deputy Director of Finance on an initial six-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the senior finance leadership team during an exciting period of organisational development.
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will provide visible leadership to an established finance function, helping to support and develop the team while strengthening financial planning, reporting and decision-making across the organisation. This role would suit an experienced finance leader who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical leadership and is passionate about developing people.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the finance function while supporting the wider organisation through an important period of change.
