Job
As Accounts Assistant, you'll sit within a finance team of five and work closely with colleagues across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing donations and payments with accuracy and care
- Managing weekly payment runs for approval
- Reviewing purchase ledger statements and carrying out reconciliations
- Resolving queries in a warm, empathetic and professional manner
- Creating and updating database records
- Supporting administrative tasks including preparing letters and stakeholder communication
- Handling financial transaction processing
- Assisting the wider team with finance queries
- Filing, scanning and general administration
You will begin primarily office-based in Edinburgh, receiving close support as you settle in, with the option to transition to hybrid working after probation. xgikmsk
