The Role
We are looking for fun, enthusiastic, passionate people to join our hard-working team here at the Three Bishops. You will prepare delicious meals according to our implemented specs, cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and within a timely delivery. Experience not essential as training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepares food to specification guide
- Prepares food before the arrival of guests
- Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
- Adjusts food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
- Acts as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
- Operates various kitchen appliances
- Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
- Assists other cooks during the food assembly process
- Ensuring high food hygiene standards
- Clean down area after service
- Stock management
- Any other duties as required
