We are seeking a VP Product Management to join our Issuer Solutions team where you will be responsible for leading and optimising Thredd relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a consistent and rewarding experience for our customers and the business. These experiences are across our client facing portals and APIs – a deep proven experience across both strategy and execution in unifying such experiences is needed. The VP Product Management will define and drive the product strategy for your product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demand. Additionally, you will collaborate with Commercial, Clients and UX team to gather insights on customer needs, pain points, and preferences in your domain.

What you will be doing as a VP Product Management:

  • Mentoring and leading a dedicated team focused on product partnership strategy and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Engaging cross-functionally to communicate the value and benefits of partnerships and scheme, driving internal alignment and ensuring maximum value extraction.
  • Ensuring that all go to market activities for your products have been implemented to the full extent of the companies needs, including overseeing or creating pricing approaches.
  • Overseeing, creating and delivering product toolkit, training and materials to Commercial, Operations, Implementation teams, including demos delivered by the PM or for sales to use with their clients.
  • Acting as the SME for questions in support of enablement material, as needed and foster this mindset within your teams.
  • Shaping and inspiring the organisation to deliver Thredd’s strategy, managing challenges with optimism.
  • Spearheading the negotiation and execution of contractual agreements with partners.
  • Strategically aligning with the sales pipeline to maximise opportunities with clients, schemes and third-party entities, thus ensuring seamless integration and efficient collaboration.
  • Leading the development and continuous refinement of the value proposition for scheme and third-party partnerships, ensuring its alignment with company goals and market needs.

What You Will Bring To The VP Product Management:

  • Previous experience working in a Product leadership role, ideally with a focus on issuing solutions.
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities, with a history of leading high-performing teams.
  • Deep strategic and technical expertise in unifying client engagement experiences across front end portals and APIs.
  • Proven experience in building strategy and follow through execution directly impacting clients.
  • Experience overseeing the end-to-end development of products, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Experience of setting and monitoring key performance indicators for products, driving continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with scheme compliance requirements and impact of industry on product roadmaps.
  • Experience with establishing mechanisms to gather feedback post-product launch and iterate based on feedback.
  • Deep understanding of Payment ecosystem and passion for keeping updated on the latest trends and technologies.
  • Strong ability to initiate projects from the ground up and make realistic pivots as circumstances evolve.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • A proactive attitude, unafraid to roll up your sleeves and get actively involved in projects and tasks.
