About the role

Thredd is looking for you to join our dynamic team and drive the delivery of innovative technology solutions in the fintech sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion while working closely with product management, design and other stakeholders to prioritize and plan feature development and releases.
- Provide technical guidance in software design, coding and deployment. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Identify areas for improvement in development processes, tools and infrastructure, and implement CI/CD practices to enhance our delivery pipeline.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Software engineering background in .Net, Python and/or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as FDD, Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with AWS cloud platforms and SDLC tools (e.g. Jira, Bitbucket).
Location
This position requires you to be in the London office (Holborn), minimum two days per week.
