Thredd is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager in London to lead multiple engineering teams and managers, delivering complex serverless systems and driving product ideas to market. This is a people, delivery and relationship-focused role.
You will work with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders to remove blockers, shape team structures, and foster ownership and continuous improvement across the function. A minimum presence in our London office is expected.
