ThreatSpike is building the future of IT and cybersecurity. We're trusted by 500+ organisations across 90+ countries, monitoring over 100,000 devices and analysing 30 billion security events every day. Our platform combines IT management, SOC operations, and penetration testing into a single, fixed-price subscription. We've just raised Series A funding from Expedition Growth Capital and are entering a pivotal phase: transforming three products into one unified platform story. The website sits at the centre of that transformation.
Why this role matters
This is not a typical web dev role. You will own the entire ThreatSpike website - its architecture, performance, design quality, and conversion. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, make your own technical decisions, and build a site that is central to how the company goes to market.
This is for someone who:
- Wants real ownership
- Has built high-performing B2B websites before
- Cares as much about how things look and convert as how they're coded.
The role
You’ll lead a full website rebuild from landing pages to performance optimisation to interactive tools, you’ll be responsible for delivering a site that looks exceptional and performs commercially.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the development, performance, and ongoing evolution of the ThreatSpike website (WordPress + Elementor)
- Lead a full website restructure aligned to our new platform positioning
- Design and build high-converting landing pages, campaign pages, and interactive experiences
- Manage hosting, plugins, integrations, and site security
- Implement and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, heatmaps, A/B testing)
- Partner closely with Marketing on CRO, UX, and conversion strategy
- Continuously improve speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals
- Proactively identify improvements
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in a similar web development role
- Solid WordPress experience (including customisation)
- Comfortable working with Elementor but not limited by it
- Experience building sites that look polished and convert
- Strong understanding of UX, layout, and user journeys
- Experience with performance optimisation and Core Web Vitals
- Ability to work independently as a sole developer
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
Nice to have
- GA4, GTM, analytics setup
- HubSpot / CRM integrations
- Technical SEO understanding
- Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or cybersecurity
What you get
- Full ownership of the website - real autonomy
- Direct access to leadership
- A central role in a major commercial transformation
- The chance to build something highly visible in-market
- Hybrid working (London, Mayfair office, minimum once a month)
Why join now
We're at an inflection point. New funding, a clear product story, and a huge opportunity to redefine how IT is delivered globally. If you want to join early, take ownership, and build something that directly drives growth - this is the moment!
