About ThreatSpike

ThreatSpike is the AI-Managed IT Department. We deliver fully managed IT and complete security as one platform, one team, one fixed price — replacing the legacy MSP model entirely. Every business we work with gets world-class IT from day one, gets measurably better every week, and never has to manage a vendor relationship again.

We are the first company to operate as both the technology vendor and the service provider simultaneously. When we find a problem, we ship the fix directly into the platform — every customer benefits immediately, at no extra charge. Agentic AI runs through every layer of how we operate. Our forward-deployed engineers execute against a structured roadmap in our customers’ environments every single day.

Today, ThreatSpike protects more than 400 customers across 90 countries. Following Series A funding from Expedition Growth Capital, ThreatSpike is growing fast. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment. We look for high-potential individuals who want to push themselves, take ownership, and make a real impact. If you’re ambitious, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to be part of a company where your work directly fuels growth, this is the place for you.

The Role

This is a role for someone who’s ready to own client delivery for ThreatSpike’s largest and most complex customers. When we sign a major contract, the implementation is significant: we’re standing up our Elite Playbook in their environment, embedding our forward-deployed engineer, engineering security in from day one, and getting them to world-class IT as quickly as possible. The customer expects all of that to happen seamlessly — and they expect a confident, credible point of contact running it.

You’ll be that person. You’ll own the project end-to-end: running the implementation, coordinating across engineering, security operations and service delivery, and managing the customer relationship throughout. You’ll work directly with the founder & CEO, our operations leads, and the senior contacts at our largest customers.

This isn’t a generalist PM role. It’s hands-on, customer-facing and technically demanding. You’ll need the structured thinking of a top-tier consultant, the calm of someone who’s run a war room before, and the technical curiosity to actually understand what we’re delivering — not just track it on a Gantt chart.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of large customer implementations, from contract signature through to steady-state handover into continuous operations.
  • Standing up the Elite Playbook in new customer environments — coordinating the foundational audit, infrastructure standardisation, security engineering and forward-deployed engineer onboarding that gets every customer to world-class IT as quickly as possible.
  • Acting as the senior point of contact for the customer throughout delivery: setting expectations, managing escalations, running steering meetings, and keeping stakeholders aligned through the 30/60/90-day roadmap.
  • Building structured implementation plans with clear milestones, dependencies and risks — and adapting them when reality moves faster than the plan.
  • Coordinating across ThreatSpike’s internal teams (engineering, security operations, service delivery, product) so the customer gets a seamless experience and our forward-deployed engineer is set up to succeed from day one.
  • Translating technical complexity into clear, confident communication for senior customer stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CFOs and CEOs.
  • Identifying delivery risks early and driving the resolution — whether that’s a technical blocker, a resourcing constraint, or a customer-side dependency.
  • Working directly with the founder & CEO and operations leadership on our largest accounts, and feeding insight back into how we scale our delivery model and develop our product.
  • Helping shape ThreatSpike’s customer delivery playbook as we grow, contributing to the frameworks, tooling and processes that future delivery hires will use.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Project Management, informing the development of our own Project Management tools for both internal and client use.

About You

  • Strong project management foundations from a top-tier consulting firm, Big 4, or equivalent structured delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, technical client implementations end-to-end.
  • Confident and credible in front of senior client stakeholders — comfortable chairing the room, managing difficult conversations, and holding the line on scope and timelines.
  • Genuinely technically minded — you don’t need to write code, but you should be able to engage substantively with engineers, understand dependencies, and call out when something doesn’t add up.
  • Highly independent and self-directed — you can take an ambiguous goal, structure it into a plan, and drive it to completion without being told what to do next.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities shift and the playbook is still being written.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, concise, and tailored to the audience.
  • Strong commercial instincts: you understand that delivery isn’t just about ticking boxes, it’s about protecting the customer relationship and the contract.

Nice-to-have

  • Background in cybersecurity, managed services, IT infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
  • Experience delivering for international customers across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with project management tooling and frameworks — and your own informed opinions on what works.
  • Direct experience working alongside a founder or CEO on strategically important accounts.

What you get

  • Direct ownership of ThreatSpike’s most important customer relationships.
  • Working directly with the founder & CEO and the senior leadership team.
  • The chance to shape how a fast-scaling, category-defining cybersecurity and IT platform delivers for enterprise customers.
  • Hybrid working from our London, Mayfair office.
