We monitor 100,000+ devices and analyse 30 billion security events daily - delivering IT management, SOC, and penetration testing through a single, fixed-price subscription. Following recent Series A funding from Expedition Growth Capital, we’re entering a focused phase of commercial transformation – bringing three products into one clear platform story and scaling our growth engine. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment and help shape how we go to market.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring our first SEO Manager to own and build the organic channel from the ground up. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone ready to take full ownership of SEO as a core demand generation engine. You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing to define strategy, execute end‑to‑end, and connect organic performance to pipeline and revenue. If you’ve been waiting for the chance to truly own a channel, not just contribute to one‑this is it.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own keyword strategy and competitor analysis—define where we win and how we get there.
  • Build and execute an organic content strategy that drives rankings and conversions.
  • Create and optimise high‑performing content (pages, blogs, supporting assets).
  • Manage on‑page and technical SEO: site structure, internal linking, metadata, schema, performance.
  • Partner with our Senior Web Developer on technical improvements (crawlability, site speed, Core Web Vitals, redirects).
  • Treat SEO as a full‑funnel growth channel—link traffic to leads, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Build ThreatSpike’s presence across GEO, AEO, and LLM‑driven search environments.
  • Own reporting and continuously optimise based on performance insights.
  • Feed organic insights into broader demand generation strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in an SEO role with clear ownership and proven results.
  • Strong technical SEO skills and hands‑on experience.
  • Deep understanding of keyword research and SERP dynamics.
  • Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4.
  • Experience writing and briefing content that ranks and converts.
  • Commercial mindset—you think in pipeline, not just rankings.
  • Comfortable working in‑house and operating independently.
  • Awareness of how search is evolving (GEO, AEO, LLMs).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and working with developers.
  • Link‑building knowledge.
  • Experience with HubSpot or CRM attribution.
  • Exposure to international SEO.

What You'll Get:

  • Full ownership of the organic channel from day one.
  • A genuine step‑up into end‑to‑end SEO and demand gen ownership.
  • High visibility and direct impact on company growth.
