Spike

At Threat Spike, we believe that every company, no matter its size, should have access to world-class IT.

Our mission is to redefine how IT is delivered, making it effortless, effective, and scalable without the usual barriers of budget, expertise, or team size.

Threat Spike has been protecting a vast global customer base for over 14 years, using technology developed in house, coupled with a world class managed service team.

In the last year, we have turned our attention to managed IT, an area which many companies still struggle with due to low quality solutions and poor service being provided by the conventional IT service providers.

Following Series A funding last year, Threat Spike is growing fast.

This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment.

We look for high-potential individuals who want to push themselves, take ownership, and make a real impact.

If you're ambitious, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to be part of a company where your work directly fuels growth, this is the place for you.

  • Manage induction and onboarding materials for new and existing onsite personnel to ensure full readiness and confidence prior to their assignment.
  • Partner with the operations and client teams to maintain the relevance of training content in line with evolving client needs.
  • Internal Learning and Development
  • Facilitate the implementation of learning programs for internal teams, including both staff and leadership.
  • Work in partnership with the Head of People and Department Heads to develop and maintain an extensive library of educational materials and resources, in areas such as public speaking and sales training for new joiners.
  • Suggest and implement educational initiatives to address identified organisational needs.
  • Monitor the progress of training modules and provide administrative backing for L&D projects.

What we’re looking for

  • An interest in developing people and building training content from scratch.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with confidence in group presentations and content development.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the capacity to oversee various programs simultaneously.
