ThreatSpike is the AI-Managed IT Department. We deliver fully managed IT and complete security as one platform, one team, one fixed price — replacing the legacy MSP model entirely. Every business we work with gets world-class IT from day one, gets measurably better every week, and never has to manage a vendor relationship again. We are the first company to operate as both the technology vendor and the service provider simultaneously. When we find a problem, we ship the fix directly into the platform — every customer benefits immediately, at no extra charge. Agentic AI runs through every layer of how we operate. Our forward-deployed engineers execute against a structured roadmap in our customers’ environments every single day. Today, ThreatSpike protects more than 400 customers across 90 countries. Following Series A funding from Expedition Growth Capital, ThreatSpike is growing fast. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment. We look for high-potential individuals who want to push themselves, take ownership, and make a real impact. If you’re ambitious, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to be part of a company where your work directly fuels growth, this is the place for you.

The Role

This is a senior role for someone who’s ready to lead client delivery at ThreatSpike. You’ll personally own the implementation of our most strategically important customers — where the stakes, the complexity and the customer expectations are highest — while building and managing the wider team of Project Managers who deliver across the rest of our enterprise customer base. You’ll be the senior delivery voice at the table for our biggest accounts: running the room with C-suite stakeholders, setting the standard for how we deliver, and being the person the founder & CEO turns to when an account needs gripping. At the same time, you’ll be hiring, coaching and developing the Project Manager team, codifying how we deliver as we scale, and building the playbook the next generation of delivery hires will run on. This is a player-coach role at a company that is genuinely scaling. You’ll need the structured thinking of a seasoned consultant, the operational instincts of someone who’s built and run a delivery function before, and the confidence to hold the line with both customers and internal teams. You’ll work directly with the founder & CEO, our operations leadership, and the executive sponsors at our largest customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Personally owning the end-to-end delivery of ThreatSpike’s largest and most complex customer implementations (£1M+ ARR), from contract signature through to steady-state handover into continuous operations.
  • Acting as the senior delivery point of contact for these accounts — chairing steering committees, running C-suite stakeholder relationships, managing escalations, and holding the line on scope, timelines and commercial protection.
  • Building, hiring and managing the Project Manager team responsible for delivering the rest of our enterprise customer base.
  • Coaching and developing the PM team — setting the bar for delivery quality, reviewing their plans, sitting in on their critical customer moments, and stepping in directly when an account needs it.
  • Standing up the Elite Playbook in your own customer environments — coordinating the foundational audit, infrastructure standardisation, security engineering and forward-deployed engineer onboarding that gets every customer to world-class IT as quickly as possible.
  • Coordinating across ThreatSpike’s internal teams (engineering, security operations, service delivery, product) so the customer gets a seamless experience and our forward-deployed engineers are set up to succeed from day one.
  • Identifying delivery risks early and driving resolution across the portfolio — whether on your own accounts or the PM team’s — before they become customer problems.
  • Owning and evolving ThreatSpike’s client delivery playbook: the frameworks, tooling, governance and rituals that allow us to deliver consistently at scale.
  • Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for Project Management across the business, informing the development of our internal and client-facing project management tooling.
  • Working directly with the founder & CEO and operations leadership on the most strategically important accounts, and feeding delivery insight back into how we scale the model and develop the product.

About You

  • Significant project or engagement management experience from a top-tier consulting firm, Big 4, or equivalent structured delivery environment — typically 8+ years, with a clear track record of leading complex, technical client engagements end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of delivery professionals — you’ve hired, coached, and held people to a high standard.
  • Highly credible in front of C-suite stakeholders at enterprise customers — you’ve chaired the room with CIOs, CISOs, CFOs and CEOs, navigated difficult conversations, and protected commercial outcomes under pressure.
  • Genuinely technically minded — you don’t need to write code, but you should be able to engage substantively with engineers, understand dependencies, and call out when something doesn’t add up.
  • Strong commercial instincts: you understand that delivery isn’t just about ticking boxes, it’s about protecting the customer relationship, the contract, and the expansion case.
  • Player-coach mentality — equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves on your own accounts as you are setting strategy and developing the team.
  • Highly independent and self-directed — you can take an ambiguous goal, structure it into a plan, and drive it to completion without being told what to do next.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities shift and the playbook is still being written.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, concise, and tailored to the audience.

Nice-to-have:

  • Background in cybersecurity, managed services, IT infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
  • Experience building or scaling a client delivery function inside a fast-growing technology business.
  • Experience delivering for international customers across multiple time zones.
  • Direct experience working alongside a founder or CEO on strategically important accounts.

What you get

  • Direct ownership of ThreatSpike’s most important customer relationships.
  • The opportunity to build and lead the client delivery function in a fast-scaling, category-defining business.
  • Working directly with the founder & CEO and the senior leadership team.
  • The chance to shape how a fast-scaling, category-defining cybersecurity and IT platform delivers for enterprise customers.
  • Hybrid working from our London, Mayfair office.

How to prepare for a job interview at ThreatSpike

Brush Up on Your Technical Skills

For an IT consulting role, be ready to demonstrate your technical prowess. You might face questions on systems integration, cloud technologies, or even troubleshooting specific software. If you have experience with tools like AWS, Azure, or even specific programming languages, make sure you can talk about them fluently.

Showcase Your Problem-Solving Approach

IT consulting is all about solving problems for clients. Think about how you can illustrate your approach to a past challenge using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). It's a great way to show how you tackle complex issues and come up with effective solutions.

Know the Business Impact of IT Solutions

When discussing your experiences, focus not just on the tech solutions you implemented, but also on their business impact. Employers want to see that you can connect IT with organisational goals. Prep examples that highlight how your tech contributions improved efficiency or reduced costs for past clients or projects.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

Since IT consulting often involves teamwork and client interactions, expect behavioural questions that assess your interpersonal skills. Be prepared with examples that demonstrate your adaptability, communication skills, and how you handle client feedback. Before the interview, think of situations where you worked closely with clients to create effective IT strategies or changes.
