ThreatModeler is redefining how organizations build secure software in the AI era.

Our AI-powered platform transforms threat modeling from a manual, point-in-time exercise into

continuous security intelligence—helping enterprises understand risk, make smarter security

decisions, and build securely from the start.

We’re entering an exciting stage of growth with an opportunity to shape the future of Secure by

Design and establish a new standard for how security keeps pace with modern development.

About the Team

We’re building a modern marketing organization designed to create outsized impact with a lean,

high-performing team.

We combine bold ideas and exceptional storytelling with data, experimentation, and AI-powered

execution. We value strategy over activity, creativity over convention, speed over bureaucracy,

and measurable business impact over vanity metrics.

We’re builders at heart—curious, ambitious, and willing to challenge the traditional B2B

marketing playbook to build something better.

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a Head of GTM Enablement to build and lead the programs that make our go-to-market teams effective. This role will own enablement strategy across Sales, Customer Success, Channel/Partners, Business Development (BDR), Solution Architects, and other customer-facing teams.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on enablement leader who can identify capability gaps, design programs that close them, and prove their impact on revenue outcomes. They will partner closely with the rest of Revenue Operations, as well as Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership, to ensure every team has the knowledge, skills, content, and tools to win and retain customers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the GTM enablement strategy, roadmap, and annual plan, aligned to company revenue goals.
  • Identify capability and knowledge gaps across GTM teams using performance data, win/loss insights, call analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Prioritize enablement investments based on business impact and communicate the roadmap to GTM leadership.
  • Build and, over time, lead a team of enablement professionals as the function scales.

Program Design & Delivery

  • Design, build, and run enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, Channel/Partners, BDRs, Solution Architects, and other customer-facing teams.
  • Own role-based onboarding that reduces time to productivity for new hires.
  • Deliver ongoing training on product, the threat modeling and application security market, competitors, sales methodology, discovery, and value selling.
  • Lead launch readiness for new products, features, pricing, and GTM motions.
  • Run certification, coaching, and skills-practice programs (e.g. role plays, call reviews, pitch certifications).
  • Develop partner enablement content and programs that help channel partners position and sell ThreatModeler.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & RevOps Partnership

  • Partner with members of the Revenue Operations team (systems, analytics, deal desk, and operations) to embed enablement into processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Work with Revenue Systems to align training with Salesforce, Gong, ChurnZero, and other platforms, and drive adoption of the GTM tech stack.
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Marketing to turn product and messaging into field-ready content and training.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales, CS, Channel, BDR, and Solution Architect leaders, translating their priorities into enablement plans.
  • Create feedback loops that bring field insights back to Product, Marketing, and leadership.

Content & Knowledge Management

  • Own the GTM content strategy, including playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, demo guides, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Establish a single, well-organized source of truth for enablement resources and keep it current.
  • Define standards and governance for how enablement content is created, reviewed, and retired.

Measurement & Impact

  • Define success metrics for enablement programs, such as ramp time, quota attainment, win rate, pipeline generation, retention, and tool adoption.
  • Partner with RevOps analytics to build reporting that ties enablement activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Report on program effectiveness to the Director of Revenue Operations and GTM leadership, and iterate based on results.
  • Proven ability to identify enablement needs and design, launch, and scale programs that change GTM behavior and results.
  • Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle across new business, expansion, renewals, and partner-led sales.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to lead without direct authority.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills for audiences from new BDRs to senior leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to define metrics and connect enablement to revenue outcomes.
  • Strong program and project management skills; able to run multiple initiatives at once.
  • Ability to learn and explain technical products clearly, ideally in cybersecurity or a complex B2B space.

Desired Experience

  • 5+ years in GTM roles (sales, customer success, sales engineering, or revenue operations), including 3+ years in sales or GTM enablement.
  • Experience leading enablement across multiple GTM functions, such as Sales, CS, Channel, BDR, and Solution Architects.
  • Track record of building onboarding, product launch, and ongoing training programs from the ground up.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with enablement and revenue tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, LMS platforms, or similar.
  • Experience partnering closely with Revenue Operations on process, systems, and reporting.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members, or leading through others in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams across the UK, India and US.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience building partner or channel enablement programs.
  • Experience enabling technical pre-sales teams such as Solution Architects
  • Experience supporting a scaling organization through growth, new market entry, or new product launches.
  • Instructional design or adult learning background, or a related certification.
  • Experience working with a globally distributed organization.

Person Requirements

  • Collaborative partner who builds trust across teams.
  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a bias for action.
  • Excellent communicator and engaging presenter.
  • Curious and coachable, with a passion for helping others succeed.
