The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a set network of channel partners to drive sales growth and market presence for our SaaS solutions. This role involves strategizing and executing channel programs, building strong partner relationships, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Implement channel partner onboarding processes and training programs.
- Inspire and manage channel partner enablement and associated tools and resources to support their sales efforts.
- Regularly meet with partners to review performance, discuss opportunities, and provide updates on new products or features.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop co-branded marketing materials and campaigns for channel partners.
- Assist partners in creating and executing joint sales and marketing strategies to drive demand and lead generation.
- Monitor and support partner sales activities, ensuring they align with company goals and targets.
- Attend regional partner events and work closely with our sales team to identify quarterly channel events.
- Track and analyze channel performance metrics, including sales figures, lead generation, and partner engagement.
- Generate regular reports and insights on channel performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement enhancements to the channel program based on feedback and performance data.
- Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to channel management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in channel management, partner sales, or business development within the SaaS industry.
- Background in cybersecurity channel sales a plus.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and channel dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and channel management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
