The ThreatLocker® platform includes Application Allowlisting, Ringfencing™, Storage Control, Elevation Control, Endpoint Network Control, Configuration Management, and Operational Alert solutions to block the exploits of application vulnerabilities.

We are seeking hardworking and ambitious Account Executives to drive growth across our existing customer base and new prospects. This role is based in the London / Maidenhead / Reading area and supports the company’s continued growth across the UK market. We offer a base salary of £45,000 annually, with an expected on-target earnings (OTE) of £100,000. Commission is uncapped, and high-performing Account Executives can significantly exceed expected earnings. Employees may also be eligible for a quarterly bonus if company targets are met.

Account Executives focus on new sales, including prospecting, managing opportunities, and closing deals. Commission is earned on deals closed, with further commission available on multi-year deals. This role is ideal for someone who is sociable, driven, and thrives on building relationships in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment. Prior sales experience in technology is helpful but not required. We also welcome candidates with strong customer-facing experience in industries such as retail, hospitality, or service who are ready to transition into technology sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new opportunities through phone, email, social media, and in-person networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, discovery, solution presentation with a technical engineer, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts within our CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with ThreatLocker customers and partners to drive growth and expand recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Represent ThreatLocker professionally at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to engage prospects and expand market presence.
  • Share market feedback with sales leadership and marketing to refine messaging and strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident, sociable, and able to build trust quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow relationships, ideally in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-focused roles.
  • Comfortable managing a pipeline, following up consistently, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven, with a strong work ethic.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn technology sales, with the drive to develop into a successful new sales role.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage but not required.

Required Travel

  • A two-week onboarding program at ThreatLocker’s Headquarters in Orlando, Florida.
  • Trade shows, conferences, customer meetings, partner meetings, and other business events as required.
  • Occasional travel to other ThreatLocker offices or company events. Travel arrangements for required company travel will be covered by ThreatLocker in accordance with company policy.

Working Conditions

  • The job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit company offices, customers, prospects, partners, trade shows, conferences, or other business locations.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects and tools.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • A background check and drug/substance screening are required after a conditional offer. Employment will proceed only upon receiving clear results from both.
  • ThreatLocker also conducts randomized drug and substance testing approximately every 60 days, in line with the same screening standards.
