A highly motivated and technically skilled Channel Sales Solutions Engineer located in the UK or Ireland, Spain, Italy, Portugal or Estonia, with a strong background in endpoint security to support our strategic channel partners. In this role, you will act as the technical liaison between our sales, product, and partner teams — driving pre‑sales activities, enabling partners, and ensuring successful customer outcomes through the channel ecosystem.
Compensation: 100k - 110k EUROs OTE
What You Will Do:
- Pre‑Sales Support: Collaborate with channel sales managers to support partner‑led sales engagements, including discovery calls, solution design, demos, and technical validation.
- Partner Enablement: Train and certify partners on our endpoint security solutions. Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and custom enablement sessions.
- Technical Evangelism: Represent the company’s endpoint security technology at partner events, industry conferences, and webinars. Act as a technical expert and advocate for our solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Assist partners in architecting and deploying our endpoint security products in complex customer environments, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements.
- Proof‑of‑Concept (PoC) Management: Lead or support PoCs and product evaluations. Guide partners and customers through testing, troubleshooting, and deployment best practices.
- Channel Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to help shape future product development and improve partner tools and resources.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with partner technical teams, including MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, and distributors, to increase mindshare and sales readiness.
This position will require travel to customer sites and events.
Skills You’ll Need to Have:
- Fluent in German and English (if you are French speaking, that is a bonus!)
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management, preferably in the endpoint security or broader cybersecurity space.
- 2+ years supporting or working with channel partners (e.g., resellers, distributors, MSPs).
- Strong knowledge of endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, anti‑malware, and related technologies.
- Experience with security architecture and protocols (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust, threat hunting).
- Hands‑on experience with endpoint security platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Trellix, etc.).
- Ability to deliver compelling technical presentations and product demos to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30–50% (regional/national).
