About the role
ThreatAware already runs a strong events programme and now we're ready to scale it. Events are one of our most important demand generation channels, and this role exists to make them more effective, better attributed, and significantly bigger in North America. You won't be starting from scratch; you'll be taking something that works and pushing it further. That means raising the bar on execution, sharpening how we measure impact, and building out a calendar that puts us in front of the right buyers at the right moments.
Why ThreatAware?
ThreatAware gives security teams a single source of truth for every device and tool in their organisation. We deploy in under 30 minutes, with 150+ integrations and no agents required. On average, we reveal that 10% of devices on a network go completely undetected and 30% of security controls are missing or silently failing. Now we're building something bigger. In February 2026, we raised $25M from One Peak, now we're scaling our North American operations and launching our AI-powered security workspace, giving security teams the freedom to build exactly the tools and automations they need, powered by six years of the most accurate cyber asset data in the market.
What you'll do
- Own and scale the UK and North America events calendar across security and enterprise verticals
- Manage end-to-end logistics for every event: stand booking, staffing, collateral, and lead capture
- Plan and run owned events; executive roundtables, webinars, and partner events — from concept through to debrief
- Work closely with the North America team on US-specific field activity and on-the-ground execution
- Ensure every event lead is captured, attributed correctly in HubSpot, and handed off cleanly to Sales
- Report on event ROI and pipeline contribution after every event, with clear reads on what worked and what to do differently
What we're looking for
- You have solid experience running B2B events programmes at a SaaS or technology company, you know the rhythms of this world
- You're exceptionally organised. You run multiple workstreams in parallel and nothing falls through the cracks
- You're comfortable owning a budget and holding suppliers to account and you know what good value looks like and you push for it
- You know the difference between events that generate pipeline and events that generate photographs. You care about the former, and you build everything around proving it
- You're a strong cross-functional collaborator — comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, and a distributed North American team to make events land properly on both sides of the Atlantic
