About The Role
We are hiring an AI Enablement Lead to help ThreatAware work smarter. You will work across every team in the business, understanding where people are losing time, where work is repetitive or slow, and building AI-powered tools, workflows, and processes to fix it. A big part of the role is helping teams develop the instinct to spot opportunities themselves, so that AI becomes part of how everyone works, not something that sits with one person. We build AI products for our customers. This role makes sure we are living that internally too.
Why ThreatAware?
ThreatAware gives security teams a single source of truth for every device and tool in their organisation. We deploy in under 30 minutes, with 150+ integrations and no agents required. On average, we reveal that 10% of devices on a network go completely undetected and 30% of security controls are missing or silently failing. Now we are building something bigger. In February 2026, we raised $25M from One Peak, now we are scaling our North American operations and launching our AIâpowered security workspace, giving security teams the freedom to build exactly the tools and automations they need, powered by six years of the most accurate cyber asset data in the market. AI is core to what we are building for our customers. This role makes sure it is core to how we operate internally too.
What you will do
- Embed yourself across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Ops to understand where teams are spending time they shouldnât be.
- Design and build AIâpowered tools, automations, and workflows that remove friction and free people up to focus on higherâimpact work.
- Help teams develop the ability to identify AI opportunities themselves. You are building capability across the business, not a dependency on you.
- Create practical frameworks and standards that make it easy for everyone to use AI effectively and consistently, regardless of their technical background.
- Stay close to whatâs happening in the AI space. Know what tools exist, whatâs worth experimenting with, and bring the best of it back into the business.
- Own a pipeline of enablement projects, prioritise them based on impact, and see them through to real adoption.
- Work with the leadership team to identify where AI can have the biggest commercial impact as we scale.
What we are looking for
- You live and breathe this space. You are constantly experimenting with new AI tools, building things in your spare time, and thinking about how to apply them practically.
- You can move between strategy and execution. You are able to identify a problem, design the solution, and build or implement it yourself.
- Strong understanding of current AI tools and platforms, from LLMs and automation tools to workflow builders and integrations.
- You are a strong communicator who can sit with a nonâtechnical team, understand their pain points, and translate that into something that actually works.
- Comfortable working across a whole business with no single team to call home. You get things done through influence and results, not authority.
- Previous experience in a highâgrowth technology environment. You understand the pace and know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent.
