About The Role
We're hiring a Frontend Engineer to work on the UI layer of ThreatAware's platform — the dashboard, the data visualisation, and the interfaces for our new AI-powered capabilities. You'll work in TypeScript with Angular and React, report to the Head of Product Experience and collaborate closely with R&D to bring AI features to life in the platform. If you care about beautiful interfaces, sweat the details, and want to solve hard UI problems with real-world stakes, this is the role.
Why ThreatAware?
ThreatAware gives security teams a single source of truth for every device and tool in their organisation. 150+ integrations, deploys in under 30 minutes, real-time visibility across entire IT estates. Finance, legal, energy, healthcare — they trust us to show them what's protected and what isn't. Now we're building something bigger. Six years of accurate cyber asset data, and we're layering AI on top of it — new ways for security teams to interrogate their data, automate workflows, and act on risk before it becomes a problem. You'll build the interfaces that make all of this feel intuitive.
What you'll do
- Support the frontend that turns complex security data into clarity.
- Help architect and build the platform dashboard and AI workspace UI in TypeScript (Angular and React) — data-heavy, real-time, and used daily by enterprise security teams.
- Solve hard visualisation problems: thousands of security events, device relationships, and AI-driven insights — without overwhelming the user.
- Establish component architecture, design systems, and frontend standards that scale as the team and product grow.
- Work closely with R&D to translate AI capabilities into intuitive, polished interfaces that feel effortless to use.
- Collaborate with product and design to define the user experience, not just implement it.
- Mentor junior frontend engineers and raise the bar for frontend quality across the team.
What we're looking for
- Experience with TypeScript and React. You understand component architecture, state management, and performance at a level where you're making the hard calls.
- A keen eye for design. You care about beautiful interfaces, stay current with modern design trends, and obsess over the details that make a product feel polished.
- Experience building data-intensive, high-performance web applications — ideally with real-time data or complex visualisation.
- You've mentored engineers and owned large frontend projects end-to-end.
- Knowledge of Angular would be a bonus.
- Bonus: experience building modern AI-enabled interfaces or working with AI product teams.
