Technical Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer
The Role Threasury is looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take technical ownership of our production platform as we move through commercial launch and scale.
This is a senior hands-on engineering position, not a purely managerial role.
You will be responsible for the reliability, security and evolution of Threasury's technology platform and will work closely with the CEO, product team, financial-infrastructure partners and specialist external security providers.
Our internal specification gives this position ownership across production architecture, AWS, CI/CD, web/mobile/backend systems, monitoring, incident management, APIs, database integrity, releases and financial-provider integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve Threasury's production technical architecture.
Lead hands-on development across backend, web and mobile services.
Maintain secure and scalable AWS infrastructure.
Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and release management.
Maintain application, API and database reliability and integrity.
Lead technical integration with banking, Open Banking and payment infrastructure providers.
Implement effective application and infrastructure monitoring.
Own technical incident management, diagnosis and recovery.
Establish appropriate engineering, testing and code-review standards.
Support security-by-design throughout the development lifecycle.
Coordinate external penetration testing and security-assessment providers.
Own technical remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
Maintain appropriate technical documentation and production evidence.
Help shape the engineering team as Threasury scales.
