Manage allocation of merchandise across stores and online channels based on sales trends, demand forecasts, and inventory levels.

Track store performance and recommend stock transfers, consolidations, or replenishment actions.

Prepare allocation reports, trading updates, and inventory analysis for senior management.

Partner closely with Merchandising, Planning and Production teams to support product distribution within the leading UK omnichannel group.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity across systems.

Support markdown, clearance, and end-of-season activities to reduce excess inventory.

Identify opportunities to improve allocation processes, stock efficiency, and customer availability.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships across multiple departments.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with retail allocation/planning systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in allocation, merchandising, planning, or retail operations preferred.
  • Regular visits to the London Head Office required.

Additional Information

This role is full-time, working 40 hours per week.
