Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, offering expert advice on suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, and formalwear.
- Conduct measurements and fittings, providing recommendations for the perfect fit
- Drive sales performance, upselling and cross‑selling to maximise revenue
- Maintain high visual standards and ensure the concession always reflects brand quality
- Support stock management, including replenishment, size checks, and maintaining stock integrity
