Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, offering expert advice on suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, and formalwear.
- Conduct measurements and fittings, providing recommendations for the perfect fit.
- Drive sales performance, upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue.
- Maintain high visual standards and ensure the concession always reflects brand quality.
- Support stock management, including replenishment, size checks, and maintaining stock integrity.
- Actively contribute to team targets and KPIs, including conversion, UPT, and average transaction value.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and tailoring techniques.
- Uphold Frasers' and Threadology's standards, processes, and operational policies.
Qualifications
- Passion for menswear, tailoring, and premium customer service.
- Previous experience in retail, concessions, or high street/premium fashion - tailoring experience preferred.
- Strong selling and influencing skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods.
