We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our Men's Tailoring Concession at Frasers. You'll be a brand ambassador, delivering expert tailoring advice, styling support, and first-class customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, offering expert advice on suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, and formalwear.
  • Conduct measurements and fittings, providing recommendations for the perfect fit
  • Drive sales performance, upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue
  • Maintain high visual standards and ensure the concession always reflects brand quality
  • Support stock management, including replenishment, size checks, and maintaining stock integrity
  • Actively contribute to team targets and KPIs, including conversion, UPT, and average transaction value
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and tailoring techniques
  • Uphold Frasers' and Threadology's standards, processes, and operational policies
