The Night Auditor is a critical role for the hotel night-time operation to ensure all our guests have a unique and enjoyable experience. As the Night Auditor, you are expected to develop rapport with our guests by providing a high standard of service for them during night-time hours. The role will entail responding to guest queries, providing security for the property, and preparing the end of day reports with accuracy. Successful candidates will have previous hotel experience working in a senior front office role with sound knowledge of Opera.
