The Role of an Assistant Front Office Manager involves leading our front office team, ensuring our receptionists are attentive and welcoming, as they are often the first person a guest meets when they visit our luxury hotel. This role is to supervise our receptionist, train and organise the team, whilst leading from the front with operational standards. Our guests will be your priority; you will be approachable, an excellent communicator, and possess strong organisational skills. You will have fun with our guests and enjoy leading our front office team. Successful candidates will have hotel reception experience and be proficient in Opera.
