As the Head Chef at The Glasshouse Hotel, you will be an inspirational leader crafting the culinary experiences for the restaurant, bar, and events operations, reporting to the Hotel Manager. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Head Chef in a hotel and events operation. You will have exceptional people skills, developing and training the kitchen brigade to work in a high quality and safe working environment. You will be an organised leader with sound knowledge of HACCP and kitchen safety.
