The Role of a Guest Assistant at Thermae Bath Spa involves supporting the guest's journey throughout the Spa, maintaining the pool areas, and keeping the Spa in an orderly state. To be successful in the role, you will have previous experience in a similar role, superb customer service skills, and an exceptional standard of personal presentation. Shifts will vary, and the hours of work are currently between 8.30am – 9.30pm, including some weekends.
