A rare opportunity for a hands-on operator to sit inside a high-profile policy team and help deliver market activity across the UK and Europe. If you’ve done stakeholder visit planning, VIP logistics, or exec-level coordination and you like being out in the field making complex things happen smoothly, this will suit you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Diary management for senior external stakeholders: schedules, site readiness, on-the-ground coordination, and follow-up.
  • Travelling ahead of the team to set up new market activity and smooth the path for launches.
  • Keeping the Europe policy machine running: planning offsites, tracking priorities, prepping leadership materials, and maintaining the master calendar.
  • Coordinating partners and suppliers locally to ensure sites, vehicles and teams are ready to go.
  • Helping navigate cross-border logistics (UK/EU travel, shipping, customs), and documenting processes so each new city is easier than the last.

You’re likely to be a fit if you have:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in political operations / campaign advance / private office support / exec support / project coordination.
  • Confidence managing VIP run-of-show and complex, fast-moving logistics without dropping details.
  • Strong London knowledge (venues, transport reality, permissions, timings).
  • Discretion, judgement and comfort working with senior stakeholders and sensitive information.
  • Solid Google Workspace skills and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.

Nice to have:

  • German, French or Spanish.
  • Experience with UK–EU shipping/customs/travel logistics.
  • Interest in technology policy, autonomous mobility or urban planning.

Location & travel:
