Requirements

• Deliver high-quality treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and standards
• Perform comprehensive client consultations to evaluate needs and establish realistic treatment expectations
• Proactively recommend additional services and products, enhancing client satisfaction through personalised treatment plans
• Demonstrate the ability to meet both individual and clinic-wide performance targets
• Ensure all client records are accurately maintained before and after each treatment
• Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all treatment equipment and machines

Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required
• Experience or keen interest in Skin Treatments
• Team Player who works collaboratively
• A positive and friendly attitude with your clients
• Attention to detail when dealing with clients\’ records
• Excellent standards with regard to Client Experience
