The Opportunity
We are looking for flexible, self-employed Event Lead / Drivers to join our team. This is a hands‑on leadership role, where you will take responsibility for running catering operations on‑site – from driving and set‑up through to service delivery and pack down. You will be trusted to represent our brand and deliver a professional service independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company catering vehicles to and from event locations
- Set up and operate catering units
- Cook and serve food (fish & chips and street food menus)
- Lead and manage an assistant during service
- Deliver efficient, high-volume service across varying event sizes
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
- Manage timings, stock and service flow on‑site
What the Role Involves
- A busy, varied role working across different locations
- Events ranging from weddings (~100 guests) to large corporate sites (500+ people)
- Flexible working patterns across either weekdays or weekends, may include early starts, evenings and occasional last‑minute availability
- Long but rewarding days, with strong operational support and clear processes in place

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Be located within a short driving distance of Holbeach, Lincolnshire
- Aged 30+ (insurance requirements)
- Comfortable driving larger vans
- Self‑employed status
- Must hold valid Public Liability Insurance (we can help with this)
