You operate at the intersection of strategy, product leadership, and systems thinking to guide engagements from concept to implementation. You work directly with client leadership to balance innovation with feasibility, shaping reusable delivery patterns and assets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coherent, high-impact delivery. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Learning development programs /li li interactive tools for career growth /li li cultivation culture and supportive team environment /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Translate client goals into clear workstreams, milestones, and outputs to drive the final mile from idea to implementation /li li Structure and drive AI-native advisory engagements, breaking down complex problems into actionable components across teams, AI agents, and stakeholders /li li Orchestrate AI-native delivery by designing AI-augmented analysis, scenario modeling, workflow generation, and documentation /li li Ensure quality and coherence of outputs across the engagement, validating logical consistency, business relevance, and technical feasibility /li li Interface with client delivery leadership (CTOs, CIOs, program leads) to convert advisory recommendations into execution paths and manage real-time tradeoffs /li li Proactively manage risk and execution realities, identifying technical, organizational, or commercial risks early and adapting approaches to maintain progress /li li Build reusable delivery patterns by capturing repeatable workflows, engagement models, and decision frameworks to expand AI-native advisory assets /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 8–15 years of experience in consulting and strategy /li li strong technology background with transition into advisory and strategy /li li extensive pre-sales experience including pricing, proposals, pitch decks, RFIs, RFQs /li li comfort with new AI tooling and ability to design workflows around AI /li li ability to evaluate AI output confidence and continually upskill /li li expertise in systems thinking across business processes, technology, data, and end-to-end dependencies /li /ul ul li collaborative and transparent work style /li li strong stakeholder management and relationship-building with senior leaders /li li clear and concise communication /li li AI tooling and workflow design around AI /li li evaluation of AI output confidence /li li systems thinking across end-to-end dependencies /li /ul
