Key Responsibilities

- Employee counseling and grievance handling
- Providing career guidance and counseling to candidates and employees

- Coordinating training and development activities
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or Counseling role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employees with empathy and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- MBA or PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred
