Our SDRs play a key role in evangelizing ThoughtSpot and delivering qualified opportunities to the sales team. This is a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in software sales while having a direct impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
As the first point of contact for many ThoughtSpot customers, the ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission to make the world more fact-driven—and motivated by achieving sales goals. SDRs work cross-functionally with our marketing and sales teams, fully aligned with our Go-To-Market strategy.

What You\’ll Do
- Qualify inbound leads and generate meetings for Sales Leaders
- Research UK and EMEA-based enterprises to uncover BI/Analytics trends and initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, articulating the value of ThoughtSpot to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with field sales and marketing to convert leads into qualified opportunities
- Design and execute creative sales and marketing campaigns
- Leverage LinkedIn for social selling and lead generation
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and manage the contact database
- Work toward individual and team targets within set timelines
What You Bring
- Articulate communication skills with strong business acumen
- A professional, creative, and dynamic presence
- Proven success in university or early career sales roles, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and passion for building a world-class company
- Experience or strong interest in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics
- Customer-first mentality and strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required)
