We are hiring a Marketing Operations Partner in London to support marketing execution across EMEA and APJ. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to keep campaigns moving, details tight, and systems clean. You will be a core operational partner to regional marketing teams, helping bring programs to market with accuracy, speed, and consistency.

You will support the day-to-day execution of marketing programs, including email drops, list uploads, campaign setup, data hygiene, and other marketing operations projects. You will work closely with regional marketers, field marketing, demand generation, and sales to ensure campaigns are launched correctly, tracked properly, and supported by strong operational discipline.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute marketing campaigns across EMEA and APJ in partnership with regional marketing stakeholders.
  • Build, QA, schedule, and launch email campaigns, including program emails, event communications, and nurture sends.
  • Manage list uploads, segmentation, audience selection, suppression logic, and contact validation.
  • Support campaign setup and tracking so programs are structured correctly and performance can be measured clearly.
  • Maintain clean and reliable campaign operations, including naming conventions, data quality, and process accuracy.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams on lead flow, routing, and campaign follow-up processes.
  • Support database hygiene and help ensure marketing data is accurate, usable, and compliant.
  • Help manage opt-in and opt-out processes and support regional compliance best practices, including GDPR awareness.
  • Troubleshoot execution issues quickly and help resolve campaign or data problems before they impact the business.
  • Contribute to broader marketing operations projects, including workflow improvements, documentation, process updates, and operational support for new programs.
  • Pull reports and support visibility into campaign execution and regional marketing performance.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or demand generation operations.
  • Experience supporting regional or global marketing teams, ideally across EMEA and/or APJ.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of email execution, list management, segmentation, QA, and campaign setup.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for operational accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and time zones.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations partners.
  • Clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset.
  • Analytical enough to spot issues, improve processes, and keep work moving.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms, event tools, and campaign reporting.
  • Understanding of GDPR and regional email marketing requirements.
  • Exposure to lead lifecycle processes, attribution, or funnel reporting.
