This role is responsible for the end-to-end operation of our enablement platforms (ThoughtSpot, GTM Buddy, Gong, Trumpet Digital Sales Rooms, data and lead enrichment tools and others), driving adoption, ensuring correct implementation of use cases, and building scalable coaching and readiness workflows that improve seller and management productivity.

This role serves as the business owner for enablement systems, ensuring tools are designed around real seller workflows and continuously improved through data and feedback, working closely with centralized operations to lead our overall tech stack strategy for GTM.

What You’ll Do:

  • Platform Workflow and Use Case Ownership: Own the sales Tech Stack as the system of record for enablement, including structure, governance, workflows, and ongoing optimization. Act as the primary admin and business owner for CMS/LMS tooling, partnering with Ops for technical setup while owning use-case design and validation. Ensure enablement tools are configured correctly to reflect real seller workflows and coaching needs.
  • Data-Informed Coaching & Readiness: Analyse Gong data (call scores, coaching insights, talk tracks) to identify skill gaps and trigger enablement actions. Partner with Enablement and Sales Leaders to operationalise coaching loops using data. Explore and pilot AI-driven approaches to improve sales efficiency and readiness.
  • Tool Integration & Workflow Design: Design and manage workflows across Gong, GTM Buddy, and other sales tools to support onboarding, roleplays, deal coaching, and continuous improvement. Partner with Sales Ops to translate enablement use cases into scalable implementations.
  • Content Structure & SME Enablement: Own the structure and organization of product, program, and enablement pages within GTM Buddy. Partner with SMEs to intake, package, and maintain one-pagers and supporting assets. Translate SME inputs into clear, usable enablement artifacts and pages that align to seller workflows and coaching moments.
  • Adoption, Change Management & Enablement Ops: Drive adoption of enablement tools through training, office hours, documentation, and well-structured product and program pages embedded in seller workflows. Track usage, engagement, and outcomes, then iterate based on what’s actually working.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Enablement Operations, Sales Operations with enablement exposure, or GTM systems roles.
  • Proven experience owning enablement or revenue tools end-to-end, including configuration, workflows, governance, and adoption.
  • Strong systems thinker who can translate real seller behaviour into scalable tooling and coaching workflows.
  • Experience working closely with Sales Ops, RevOps, or Systems teams to implement enablement use cases correctly.
  • Comfortable analysing data to identify skill gaps and drive enablement actions.
  • Excellent cross-functional communicator, able to influence without authority.
  • Strong project and change-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in parallel.
