Overview

In this role, you will lead Thought Spot's Rest of Europe commercial team to drive retention and expansion across multiple markets.

You will own regional performance, coach a team of account managers, and craft a scalable playbook for renewals and account planning.

You will partner with marketing and product to align Europe-wide strategy, while representing the region in forecasting and pipeline reviews.

This position offers meaningful impact by shaping regional growth and embedding Thought Spot’s AI-powered analytics into customer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Own the ROE commercial team performance and account health across the region
  • Lead and coach a team of 5 account managers, ensuring accountability
  • Develop and standardize the regional playbook for renewals, expansion, and account planning
  • Drive customer retention and expansion with a long-term, relationship-focused approach
  • Collaborate with marketing and product to inject regional insights into Europe-wide selling
  • Represent the region in commercial planning, forecasting, and pipeline reviews
  • Provide structure and clarity in a multi-market, ambiguous environment
  • Key requirements
  • Led or been a senior contributor on an account management or commercial sales team
  • Experience ramping and coaching a team, not only meeting personal targets
  • Demonstrated commitment reliability and no-surprises mindset
