We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our expanding EMEA field marketing team. You should have proven experience working with Strategic Sales teams and delivering commercial impact across field marketing, campaign development, and regional demand marketing. EMEA is our second-largest and fastest-growing region, and this role will be key to supporting its growth.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll drive marketing efforts to fuel growth in this priority market. A strong team player with strong commercial acumen, you are passionate about customers, enabling them, and helping them achieve their goals. You’ll be a critical partner to Sales, collaborating on joint programs to grow and accelerate the pipeline.

You’ll join a dynamic, results-driven team, working cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, and operations teams. You’ll also lead the strategy, planning, and execution of several large-scale programs. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Communications, and Partner teams to streamline processes, execute marketing programs, and manage campaigns and events. This is a hands-on role, offering valuable exposure to advance your marketing career with ThoughtSpot.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategise, plan, execute, manage, and optimise end-to-end field marketing programs for the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with sales, sales development, and global teams (brand, communications, demand marketing) to build programs that drive theatre pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Serve as the voice of the region, shaping global marketing campaigns to ensure brand relevance for the EMEA audience.
  • Work in collaboration with the Partner team to drive local programs that boost partner engagement.
  • Manage EMEA branded merchandise and event materials.
  • Plan, support, and execute large industry events and ThoughtSpot sponsored conferences.
  • Continuously analyse and report on program and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to enhance ThoughtSpot’s presence and improve ROI.

What You Bring:

  • Proven marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in building, launching, and analyzing campaigns using modern Martech tools.
  • Success in managing multiple cross-channel marketing programs concurrently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas and results.
  • Experience in program budget management and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven, measurable results.
  • Innovative approach—willingness to test, learn, and adapt.
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities and multitasking effectively.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable with open briefs and working autonomously.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
