Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of enterprise and major customer accounts across EMEA, focusing on growth, retention and expansion.
  • Lead adoption and business outcomes with a consultative, data‑driven approach.
  • Manage complex account lifecycles across multiple countries, owning renewals and expansions while driving a land‑and‑expand strategy.
  • Act as a consultative partner, aligning ThoughtSpot’s AI‑driven analytics to strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships across regional and global stakeholders, navigating matrixed organizations.
  • Leverage generative AI and automation to personalize engagement, tailoring outreach and account strategies.
  • Use AI‑driven insights to identify expansion opportunities, adoption gaps and risks.
  • Apply advanced analytics for account planning, forecast growth and develop differentiated value propositions.
  • Partner with Solution Consultants, Professional Services, Customer Success, Product and Leadership teams to execute data‑informed account strategies.
  • Collaborate across multiple EMEA markets while aligning with global initiatives.
  • Maintain strategic oversight, ensuring engagements achieve intended ROI.
  • Deliver Executive Business Reviews and enablement sessions using data and AI insights.
  • Continuously refine strategies via AI‑powered analytics on usage and success metrics.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies such as conversational AI, predictive analytics and autonomous agents.
  • Travel throughout the EMEA region as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of expanding relationships and driving revenue growth within complex enterprise accounts across EMEA.
  • Experience managing and closing large‑scale renewals and expansion opportunities in multinational organizations.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation or advanced analytics to drive customer engagement, retention and growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated success managing geographically distributed stakeholders across technical, business and executive levels.
  • Strong consultative mindset, mapping customer needs to outcome‑based solutions.
  • Ability to navigate diverse cultural, commercial and regulatory environments across EMEA.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive data‑backed account plans.
  • Passion for solving business challenges through modern data, analytics and AI platforms.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity and commitment to continuous learning within evolving AI and analytics landscapes.
