Our SDRs have an incredible opportunity to evangelize ThoughtSpot and deliver qualified opportunities to the sales team. This role allows you to build a strong foundation of software sales skills while having a direct impact on pipeline creation and revenue generation. As the first point of contact for many ThoughtSpot prospects, the ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission to make the world more fact-driven and highly motivated to achieve sales goals. SDRs work cross-functionally with our marketing and sales teams in alignment with our Go-To-Market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and pursue outbound leads to generate qualified meetings for Sales Leaders
- Research Fortune-level companies to identify current and future BI/Analytics initiatives and trends
- Communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, articulating the value of ThoughtSpot to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with field sales and marketing to convert leads into qualified meetings
- Design and execute creative sales and marketing outreach campaigns
- Use LinkedIn for social selling and lead generation
- Manage, organize, and update the contacts database in Salesforce
- Consistently meet deadlines and achieve targets
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and articulate communication skills
- Professional, creative, and dynamic presence
- Demonstrated success in a comparable SDR or outbound sales role
- Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment (startup mindset)
- Positive attitude and desire to help build a world-class company, with strong collaboration across teams
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hybrid Work
This office-assigned role is available as a hybrid position reporting to the office in UK – London. Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office, with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week. This approach balances the benefits of in-person collaboration and peer learning with the flexibility needed by individuals and teams.
